The staff changed our room promptly. the reception and restaurant were aesthetically pleasing. i found the breakfast selection plentiful with many choices. the swimming pool was a great addition and great for both kids and adults. A true highlight.
i noticed slight tiredness in some areas of the hotel decor, but it didn't affect the quality of my stay.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of options. It was a great way to start the day. dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the food was AMAZING!!! the waiter was also helpful and nice.

The pool was available to use. I swam before breakfast on both mornings. The hotel provides EV chargers, helpful for me.
The sofa bed in our family room was not set up. In the twin room, the beds also were not made. The heating in the twin room did not function, and it was very cold.
